Partner terms

Parties

These terms apply between Gowhitelabel (Chamber of Commerce 54038812) and the company applying to become a partner.

Application

An application is not an agreement. We review every application, including a check of the company details (KYB), and may decline without giving reasons.

Partner agreement

If we approve an application, the partnership is governed by a separate partner agreement that you accept in the partner portal.

Brands

Each partner brand becomes a trade name of Gowhitelabel. Gowhitelabel is the seller to your customers and handles payments, invoicing, support, fraud and abuse.
